Website Status Checker
Check whether a website is online right now, and see the status code and response time it returns.

What this tool checks
- Whether the site responds at all
- The HTTP status code it returns
- How long the response took
- Any redirects before the final page
Why it matters
When a site looks down, the first question is whether it is actually down or just down for you. A quick status check from outside your network answers that — and the status code and response time hint at what kind of problem you are dealing with.
FAQ
Common questions
Does a 200 status mean everything is fine?
It means the server returned a page, not that the page is correct. A site can return 200 while showing an error. A full monitor also checks the response body and timing.
Why does the site work for me but show as down here?
Local caching, DNS, or a regional network issue can make a site look fine from your browser while it fails elsewhere. Checking from outside your network removes that blind spot.
